Job Summary:
Under supervision, the case manager assists in the administration and coordination of the Family Dependency Treatment Court to ensure the program’s compliance with all court policies and procedures. The case manager performs case management duties including but not limited to: maintaining client files; creating court plans for clients; following clients’ compliance with the court program, volunteer programs, employment, and treatment. Completes accurate and detailed records of interaction with clients; produces formal reports; meets with clients on a regular basis. Serves as a liaison with various treatment providers for coordinating access to services. Conducts initial client assessments; attends weekly meetings; performs court research. Provides secretarial and/or clerical services. Observes and performs site-based drug screenings while following chain-of-evidence practices. Job Summary:
Under general supervision, performs law enforcement and public safety work in the custody and security of jail inmates. Position requires close physical contact with inmates and direct contact with the public. Position is one of possible high stress and verbal and/or physical confrontations. Valid driver's license; must be at least 20 years of age. Physical ability to defend against inmate attack, ability to lift approx 20 lbs.; ability to push loaded carts; ability to climb stairs. Vision requirement must be 20/20 or 20/40 corrected. Effective January 1, 2007, there is a physical agility test that is required by candidates for the position. Minimum Qualifications:
