COURT SESSIONS
The Pooler Municipal Court is in session on the first, second and third Thursdays of each month at 1:00 PM. Defendants and witnesses should abide by the date and time on their subpoena or citation.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Any rescheduled cases must be done by 5:00PM, one day prior to
the Court date. If a defendant fails to pay a fine or appear in Court
as scheduled, that persons driving privileges may be suspended, and/or a contempt warrant will be issued.

FINE PAYMENT
Traffic fines may be paid anytime between 8:30AM and 5:00 PM up to the day prior to the scheduled Court appearance. Payments not received prior to the scheduled court date requires the defendant to appear in court.

The Court will only accept money orders, cash, or personal check from the a defendant if they are a Chatham County resident, or a cashier's check written for the exact amount required for any fine(s) ordered.
